As long as you’re using and caring for your Phantom Aquatics products normally, we provide a warranty against any defects in the materials or manufacturing for the periods listed below.

Apparel, Bags,
and Accessories

We will fix or replace your defective item within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Snorkels, Masks,
and Fins

We will fix or replace your defective item within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Wetsuits*

We will fix or replace your defective item within 2 years from the date of purchase.

*Defects covered by the warranty include failures in seams, fabrics, zippers, and trims.

Warranty Details

In order to receive a repair or replacement of a defective item, you must provide a copy of your original purchase receipt from an authorized retailer.

Damage caused by exposure to sunlight, heat, chemicals, abrasives, sharp objects and other substances that cause material deterioration is not covered by the warranty.

 

How to Receive a Repair or Replacement

Contact us at support@PhantomAquatics.com and supply us with item number, date of purchase, the place where the item was purchased, and the issue with the item.
